The property was built in 1876 by an Englishman, an erstwhile Indian Civil Servant. Then after it was bought by the Prasada family. This historical heritage property offers a diverse mixture of all kinds of tastes. Antiquarian items from different ages and different parts of the world adorn the house - Italian marble busts, garden statues, Afghani and Jail carpets, Wedgewood plate hangings, swords, muskets, and elephant tusks.
